Pataphysical adv - Motorized billboards.

About three years ago my town came out with this new kind of 6 by 3 meters billboards. These are made by about 70 different motorized slices with the final purpose of reproducing the original adv images.
Of course, this is probably a cheaper solution for the large amount of small medium companies of the area.
In fact, instead of buying a fixed place, companies can now split the price among each other...

But nobody seems to take care about the final output.

Adv agencies just think to sell spaces and adv managers just think to save on costs..

But what about the potential customer and his inconcius desire of clearness??
What about typeface dimension rearrangement to increase readability?? and what about different layouting to improve watchers impatc??? U won't probably have time to distinguish little details while driving your car.. furthermore, nobody is going to consider the high average distance looking...

Don't you think it's a bad adv example and, of course, a loss of money'?
